Achieve Balance

This program is formulated to give each employee the tools to Achieve Work-Life Balance. We cater for those who prefer to practise relaxation techniques in private, as well as those who enjoy a supportive group environment.

1st Contact: Stretching and Yoga workshop – 1 hour.
Concentrate on stretches that are easy to perform in front of your desk. Receive your own yoga mat. For those who prefer to practise yoga with an instructor, we offer a six week pass available for individual purchase.

2nd Contact: Fitness Assessment.
A fitness instructor will assess weight, measurements, recovery heart rate, core strength and endurance. Each participant receives a basic exercise plan based on the results of their assessment. For those who would like to be part of a group fitness class we offer a six week lunchtime pass available for individual purchase.

3rd Contact:  Meditation workshop – 1 hour.
Meditation has become a highly regarded tool for optimised performance in business today. Learn how to meditate in this easy workshop.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
Purchase a six week lunchtime yoga pass, or a morning session once a week (minimum 10 passes).
