Our Process

We believe that goal setting and challenging yourself is key to success.
Therefore we have developed a 3 step process.

process 1-2-3

1. Test / Evaluate
Our first point of contact involves testing parameters within particular areas of health to establish baseline values and set goals for the program.  

2. Challenge & Educate
The second part of our program is either challenging employess through an exercise and diet plan or education to give them key information and tools to improve particular areas of health.

3. Re-test
We repeat the test done in the first week to monitor improvements.

What is the timing between each step?
For most of our programs the timing between each step is 1 month, however in our 3 week weight loss challenge the timing between steps is 1 week.
